People Tracking System (PTS) is designed to monitor real time people presence in specific zones of the ship, through Active RFID technologies.
All personnel on board wear a small rugged RFID device, which is automatically detected by the antennas located in the monitored zones of the ship.
Integrated with both DCS and Ship Personnel Database, the PTS allows to locate and identify each crew member, providing clear and detailed information on the graphic mimics of the DCS Man Machine Interface.
